The mechanical plan check rules — the impossibilities, like two openings overlapping in one wall — are free too. So is one synced cloud project once you have an account.

The entitlement is identical — the pass exists because most people design one home, once, and a monthly bill asks you to plan for a habit you will not have.
When it ends
You keep Pro to the end of the period you paid for, or the full 90 days of a pass. After that your most recent project stays synced and editable, and every other project remains available as a view-only copy you can open, edit locally and export. Nothing is locked away, and nothing you have already exported is touched.
